Clubhouse Charter

Welcome to our Terms and Conditions. These house rules sit at the centre of Lucky Fiestta's offline poker culture. By entering the venue, taking a seat at a poker table, joining Texas Hold'em tournament nights, or simply settling in for dinner near the card room, you agree to the terms set out below. They exist to foster a safe, enjoyable and respectful card lounge atmosphere for all guests.

Venue Access & Membership

Access to the card lounge, poker tables and poker-related activities is conditional on compliance with Lucky Fiestta house rules, staff instructions and responsible conduct at all times. We operate as a social offline poker restaurant and card lounge, not a gambling hall, and we reserve the right to manage table action in line with that philosophy.

Certain poker tournaments, Texas Hold'em formats and special event nights may require club-style membership enrolment or ID registration for participant tracking, seating charts and fair play management. Membership and registration processes are used to support responsible fun, community standards and event continuity, and do not alter the recreational nature of our poker activities.

Participation in Poker Activities

All offline poker games hosted at Lucky Fiestta, including casual Texas Hold'em tables, beginner-friendly poker sessions, scheduled tournament nights and relaxed social card play, are conducted solely for entertainment, community connection and shared hospitality. Our poker hands, playing cards and poker chips exist entirely within the club environment and do not represent financial products or wagering instruments.

Participation is always optional. By sitting at a poker table, you accept that table rulings by the dealer or floor host are final for that game. We may adjust blinds, table rules or seat allocations to protect the flow of play, maintain fairness and support an inclusive card room experience.

Age Requirement & Responsible Fun

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to participate in any poker games, Texas Hold'em tournaments, or to be seated in the dedicated card room area. This age requirement also applies to those observing table action in close proximity to active poker tables.

Proof of age may be requested by our dealer team, floor hosts or management at entry, during service or when moving between restaurant and card lounge sections. Entry or continued participation may be declined if acceptable proof of age is not provided. We encourage responsible enjoyment of all food, beverages and poker activities, and may slow or pause play if a guest appears unwell or unable to participate safely.

Table Etiquette & Conduct

Card room etiquette is core to Lucky Fiestta's culture. We expect courteous table talk, respectful strategy discussions, and a calm, conversational tone around the felt. Guests must follow the lead of the dealer, respect turn order, and avoid influencing active poker hands through commentary or signalling.

Disruptive devices, excessively loud audio, aggressive behaviour, harassment, or any conduct that interferes with other guests' enjoyment of poker nights, restaurant service or the lounge atmosphere is not permitted. Management and dealers reserve the right to refuse entry, move a guest to another area, pause seat allocation or remove any guest whose behaviour disrupts the social or poker environment.

Buy-In Policy & Event Structure

Poker nights, Texas Hold'em tournament formats and special table events at Lucky Fiestta may involve structured buy-ins strictly for seat allocation, chip stacks and orderly tournament progression. These buy-ins form part of the event terminology and organisation of play, and do not create monetary prizes or financial outcomes.

No monetary prizes are awarded for performance in any of our poker activities. Poker chips are exclusively for recreational use on-site within the card lounge and may not be exchanged for cash, goods, services or valuables. We may change table formats, blind levels, tournament night schedules or seat maps to improve fairness, safety or guest experience, and such changes will normally be explained by the dealer or floor host before or during play.

Food & Beverage Service

Our kitchen and bar are designed around long, social offline poker evenings. Menu offerings such as Poker Table Bites, Dealer's Picks, share plates, Late-Night Plates and Table Snacks are intended to be enjoyed at the rail, along communal tables and beside the felt. All food and beverage service remains subject to availability, seasonal changes and responsible service standards.

Safe service of alcohol and responsible hospitality practices apply throughout the restaurant and card lounge. We may slow or stop alcohol service to any guest where required by law or house policy. To protect the tables and cards, guests may be asked to place drinks on designated side rails or coasters and to keep food away from active chip stacks and dealing areas.

Personal Belongings & Lost Items

Guests are responsible for keeping their personal belongings secure while on the premises. This includes bags, jackets, devices, playing cards brought from home, and any personal poker accessories. Seats and side rails around the card room can become busy during tournament nights, so we recommend travelling light and keeping items within sight.

Lucky Fiestta accepts no liability for lost, misplaced or damaged personal items, including cards, chips or accessories brought into the card lounge. Any found items should be reported to the dealer or staff immediately so that reasonable efforts can be made to reconnect them with their owner in line with venue policy.

Privacy & Photography

To protect player privacy, concentration and fair table action, photography and filming at or over active poker tables is discouraged and may be disallowed during certain events. Guests should always seek permission before photographing or recording others, whether at the card lounge, bar or communal dining tables.

From time to time, Lucky Fiestta may capture official club event images or short clips that showcase the card room atmosphere, Top 10 poker night traditions, restaurant dishes or community gatherings. Where guests are identifiable, we seek appropriate consent before using these images on our website, social channels or editorial-style features. If you would like an image featuring you to be removed from our channels, please contact us through the details on the Contact Us page.

Health, Safety & Accessibility

We prioritise a safe, accessible clubhouse environment for all guests and staff. This includes adherence to food safety requirements, fire regulations, maximum occupancy limits and workplace health and safety standards. Running, unsafe table movement, blocking exits or interfering with staff carrying hot plates or drinks is not permitted.

If you have special dietary needs, seating preferences, mobility requirements or accessibility considerations, please let our team or your dealer know in advance or upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to position you at an appropriate table, adjust seating arrangements or adapt service so you can comfortably enjoy both the restaurant and the social card lounge.

Limitations of Liability

While we strive to deliver memorable offline poker nights, well-run Texas Hold'em tables, and relaxed Australian-inspired dining, some circumstances may be beyond our control. Lucky Fiestta is not responsible for lost enjoyment, shortened sessions or disrupted play caused by unforeseen interruptions, such as power issues, maintenance requirements, staff availability, safety concerns or changes to event schedules.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Australian law, Lucky Fiestta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at the venue, participation in poker activities or use of our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions are reviewed regularly to uphold our standards of trust, hospitality and responsible offline poker culture. Updated versions take effect from the time they are published on this page, unless stated otherwise.

We encourage guests to check this page before new tournament nights, special card room events or major visits to the restaurant so they remain familiar with the current house rules. If you have any questions about these Terms, or how they apply to a specific poker format, menu experience or community event, please speak with our management or dealer team on-site, or contact us via the Contact Us page.
